Real estate, for Coley, has always been about storytelling. She grew up in the Washington, DC area and studied English, Theater, and Film at the University of Vermont – training that helped shape how she sees space, narrative, and flow.
Before Key West, Coley spent decades in Los Angeles as a filmmaker and a house flipper, designing and renovating homes with an eye for character, real life, and the human side of a home. That creative energy eventually led her here. For the past six years, she’s been restoring properties throughout town, honoring history while blending thoughtful design with the practical realities of life surrounded by water. From classic Conch houses to modern retreats, she knows these properties intimately because she’s worked on them herself.
Coley believes real estate should be smart, human, and fun—and that every house has a story worth telling. When she doesn’t have a drill in her hand, it’s more likely a pickleball paddle. You’ll also find Coley and her wife out and about with their feisty pup Pepe, occasionally running their boat aground somewhere in the backcountry.
