Greg and Stephanie are Key Westers by (emphatic!) choice. After years spent vacationing and dreaming about living in the Florida Keys they made it their reality.
Both graduates from the University of Florida, Stephanie with a Masters degree in Management and Bachelors in Psychology, Greg with a Bachelors in Economics, they lived and worked in Gainesville, Florida for many years before relocating to paradise. Of course, proudly representing the Gator nation here in Cayo Hueso!
When it comes to helping you on your real estate journey Greg and Stephanie believe in allowing their client’s goals to be their sole guiding principle. Whether buying your piece of paradise, generating income from a current property, or making the move away from the islands, they are here to guide you and advocate for you every step of the way.
In addition to their real estate work, Greg and Stephanie have an active online platform, Living In Key West, where they create daily Key West content about island real estate, history, architecture, hauntings, food, art, and everything that makes Key West Key West. Plus, they host a twice weekly podcast about the island and the incredible people of the island. You can find them every morning live on TikTok strolling the historic streets of Old Town, or catch them on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and wherever you listen to podcasts.
Both Greg and Stephanie are graduates of the Key West Ambassador program, a 13 week invitation-only program to learn the ins and outs of Key West and its governing bodies as well as forge relationships with city leaders. They are also members of the National Association of Realtors Florida Realtors and the Key West Association of Realtors. Additionally, both are active and passionate volunteers and advocates for animal welfare. Currently, they split their volunteer hours between the Key West Mounted Unit’s barn caring for the police horses and the Florida Keys SPCA Key West campus where they help create content promoting some of the animals who have been waiting the longest to be adopted. Stephanie is also a member of the Friends of the Key West Library board.
